Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Bisquick
1 egg
2 tablespoons of canola oil
1/2 cup milk (or a little more if you want to make the pancakes a little thinner)
1/2 can of pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Chocolate chips - as many as you like!
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Then cook like regular pancakes (on a skillet or griddle until cooked through) and top with whipped cream or maple syrup. Or you can eat them plain!!
