Pantry Chili:
INGREDIENTS:
One large yellow onion sliced
1 lb. ground venison meat (or ground burger/ground turkey)
Two cans of stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
About 1 tbsp. cumin (to taste)
About 1 tbsp. chili powder to taste
Dash of garlic seasoning
Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Saute the onion slices in a large skillet until slightly soft. Then, brown the meat with the onions. Once, the meat is completely cooked, add the tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beats, and seasoning. Let simmer. Taste and season if it isn't flavorful enough for you! (I used a lot!). Then enjoy :)
