Here ya go:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese
Simmer chicken in a skillet and allow to soften until tender enough to shred (let Cool). Then shred or chop finely. Mix together dressing and pepper sauce.
Spread cream cheese in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix chicken into dressing. Lightly spread Ranch dressing over cream cheese then spread chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and a little more dressing over the chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
ENJOY!! It can be served with chips, crackers, celery sticks, etc.
