Tomato Basil Chicken
Mixed Greens
Spinach
Sun-dried Tomatoes
Walnuts
Feta Cheese
Parmesan Garlic Salad Dressing
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the chicken thoroughly (about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F). Then cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Cover mixed greens and spinach with a little Parmesan Garlic dressing and then toss with Feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and walnuts. Top with the chicken pieces and enjoy!
