Recipe from Fix-it and Forget-it Cookbook
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. ground beef (I used ground venison)
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 qt. canned tomatoes
8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup converted rice, uncooked
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown meat in skillet. Drain
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir
Cover. Cook on low for 7-9 hours
