INGREDIENTS:
Ground turkey - about 1 lb.
1 yellow onion
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can capellini beans or other white bean
1 medium jar green salsa (Verde or other brand that you enjoy)
1 tsp. cumin (or however you like it to taste)
1 tsp. olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
First, cut the onions into pieces that are easy to saute. In a large pan, saute in the olive oil. When soft and clear, add the ground turkey and cook thoroughly. When cooked, add the beans and green salsa. Mix together and season with cumin till you like the combination. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes so the tastes blend together and serve!! It's delicious when served with Fritos as well :)
