At this point, I have three goals in mind:
1. Finish close to the same time as my last half - 2:40
2. Don't get hurt! (Wasn't as successful with this goal last time)
3. Have fun.
Since the race is in 6 days, it's a little late to worry about it now. Instead, I just need to prepare myself mentally and physically (like eating right) for the race. Here are a couple articles from Runners World that I'm finding helpful.
